Live Like Jesus! is our new Wednesday night spiritual formation experiential workshop. Over the course of the summer, we will be meeting every Wednesday evening to learn more about our spiritual formation. This workshop will take the format of some lecture, some interpersonal discussion and work to be done at home. Let's understand: spiritual formation, learning to live like Jesus lived, is not something that we can do in an hour or an hour and a half once a week. It is something that is necessary and required on a daily, even minute by minute basis. Over the summer, I will be placing pictures, examples of assignments, quotes from the lectures and other information of interest on this page. Check back often!!

Wednesday, June 30, 2004: Looking back over the last three weeks
This week we will look back over the traditions we have studied the past three weeks. We will re-examine the Charismatic Tradition, the Holiness Tradition and the Contemplative Tradition. This will be an excellent opportunity for those who have yet to attend LLJ, to get caught up and in the flow of things.PLUS, if you have been coming to LLJ and something was particularly difficult or confusing to you, this will be the week to get that all cleared up. It is NOT a week to miss!! |
