Pastor Our pastor is Ralph E. Johnson. Pastor Johnson is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has been with Canaan Hill since June 1, 1999. His favorite lesson for the church is to remind us to "Love God and Love Others."
This teaching comes directly from Jesus who, when asked what was the most important command, replied, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these hang all the law and the prophets."
In other words: LOVE GOD AND LOVE OTHERS!
Associate Pastor
Kennel W. Calvert is our Associate Pastor. Kennel is an AACC certified Christian counselor. His specialties are: counseling, family ministry, and small group supervision.
Praise Team
Our praise team leads us in praise and worship of our Mighty King and Savior, Jesus Christ. They are: Dana Holt, Judy Behymer, Elaine Speers, and Grant Shoults. Barbara Atkins serves us on keyboards and Curt Calvert plays drums.
